the big & little domett

Sitting proudly at the top of Holmes Hill with expansive views of the Pacific Ocean and Kakanui Ranges sits Big & Little Domett. The clients wanted a low maintenance, accessible, warm home that comprised of two gable pavilions reflecting Big & Little Domett.

The lower level was constructed from precast concrete panels with the top storey mainly black corrugated iron to contract against the concrete.
